We’ll review your information and let you know what coverage may be available to you!
Don’t Have Insurance That Is Covered?
Don’t worry—you still have options!
After your visit, you may request a superbill, which is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and will depend on your individual insurance plan.
We also accept HSA and FSA cards as payment for lactation services.
